Conquest Wildman ISP Services
 
We now provide a full range of Internet connectivity services exclusively for our IT Support customers.

These new services comprise a dedicated Business level Internet connection that is installed over a brand new telephone line to minimise the chance of line quality problems and interference issues with other devices.

All of the support for the connection is provided by Conquest Wildman under our customers existing IT Support agreement, and customers will never have to talk to a separate ISP, or to British Telecom about their internet problems again.

To provide the connections Conquest Wildman have partnered with one of the UK’s most reputable service providers who have made use of the Local Loop Unbundling legislation allowing them to install their own equipment directly into the existing telephone exchanges. 
 
 
 


If this equipment does fail, we have direct access to their second line technical support staff so as we can quickly and efficiently get our customers Internet connections back on line.

We are also now able to offer fully redundant connections so if the customers first connection (for example ADSL) fails, then a second technology takes over (such as ISDN) ensuring minimal disruption even during a total loss of one type of Internet connection.
