Our services during the Covid-19 situation.


We have been handling an extremely high volume of calls and busy servicing requests from customers who are all keen to take steps like setting up remote working and other facilities that allow them to continue with their businesses through these difficult times.

Our first and foremost obligation in recent days has been to keep our staff and our customers safe whilst still meeting our obligations to our customers which include everything from stepping up the services we supply to NHS 111 providers so they can scale up to meet the increasing demand through to providing remote working solutions for solicitors, accountants and all the other business sectors we support.

Our staff have increased their working hours and been extremely flexible whilst working under difficult circumstances to ensure every request from our customers to date has been achieved safely and efficiently.

We envisage being able to continue to provide the levels of service you would expect, however things are changing on a daily basis and we are currently experiencing problems obtaining hardware such as laptops and webcams which are sometimes on a longer lead time than usual now.

It is likely that at some point we will need to prioritise the limited hardware supplies that are available to the most important industries we support such as healthcare and other essential services. Otherwise our support and helpdesk services will remain available as usual to all of our customers.

We have already implemented home working where possible and our staff are observing best practices in terms of hygiene and distancing. We would ask that you help us with this by understanding that we are attempting to keep customer visits to an absolute minimum, contact free, and only visiting customer sites when it is both critical and unavoidable. Should that need arise then please advise us of your requirements before we attend.

We have also put in place measures such as disinfecting any equipment before it leaves our workshop and would appreciate if you can do the same when either receiving equipment from us or sending anything to us.
