They have a team of IT engineers and support staff who can cover virtually all of the charities’ needs from managing our Microsoft Azure/Entra Cloud services, supporting staff thru tickets or phone calls and dealing with Desktop/Laptop issues, Networking, Licensing and so on. Team members will work onsite if remote access isn’t relevant. The Team is there 5 days a week and will normally respond within the day or faster if flagged as urgent. All the staff are helpful, patient (!) and friendly. I would recommend asking CW to quote for IT services if they can cover your area. “
